Unilever, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, has introduced Country Crock Omega Plus, which contains 500 mg of omega 3 ALA (alpha linolenic acid) per serving, or 38% of the recommended Daily Value (DV). Country Crock Omega Plus Light is also available. It contains 310 mg of ALA, or 23% of the DV, with half the fat and calories of butter.
